We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Chinese Wall Trail in Lewis and Clark County, Montana is the outdoors at it's best. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Flathead River - South Fork. So much fun stuff to do here in the Lewis Range, too brilliant to be true. Some of the water close by flows, like Black Bear Creek, and get drenched paddling on Blackfoot River - North Fork.
Summertime highs at Chinese Wall Trail generally tend to be in the 80's. Through the dark hours
    of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. For the period of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 0's for Chinese Wall Trail. Many miles from the nearest city you have Chinese Wall Trail and when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like
a whole new person. In the Lewis Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains.
Chinese Wall Trail gets very little rain; January is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month of the year is July. Looking for some flowing water? Try Red Butte Creek. There's so much to do here at Chinese Wall Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Straight Creek Campground is a pleasant spot for that.
You'll need more than a day to look at everything Chinese Wall Trail has to offer, you can camp at South Fork Campground, and close by you discover No Name Gulch which is a brilliant place to visit.
