| | Grant Ridge Trail is in a quite desolate area and hiking it is always fun. This part of Montana is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. There are many hiking trails in the Lewis Range, it's a great hiking area.
Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Lewis Range. Camping at Canyon Creek Campground is always a delightful experience, and a perfect place for whitewater paddling is Flathead River - Middle Fork. Grant Ridge Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Murray Bay Campground |
is a great local campground; in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bear Creek. Glacier National Park is a wonderful place right next door to Grant Ridge Trail.
