here at Gunsight Trail; you can run the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork. You clearly have to adore the Lewis Range. If you came for an overnight stay Spotted Bear Campground is a magnificent location to camp, and Flathead River - South Fork is a magnificent whitewater spot

If you are in Montana during hiking season you have to go hiking. In the Lewis Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. At Gunsight Trail throughout the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Gunsight Trail.
