| | Because Mount Henry Trail is very far from civilization many people like to hike here to be close to nature. A visit to Montana is not complete without some hiking. Get soaked paddling on Bear Creek; whitewater paddling is good on Flathead River - Middle Fork. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Lewis Range is excellent! It's always magnificent to visit Appistoki Falls, and some of the water close by flows, like Dry Fork.
At Mount Henry Trail you don’t see much precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain; February meanwhile |
is the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Red Eagle Campground is a good site to camp, and getting to Two Medicine Creek from Mount Henry Trail is simple. In the Lewis Range you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area.
