| | Hey, time for a hike don’t you think? Quartz Lake Trail in Flathead County, Montana is a good choice. Quartz Lake Trail is not very near Kalispell at all but hiking along this trail is very enjoyable. There are some great whitewater spots on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and going to Glacier National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. It is very arid here at Quartz Lake Trail generally; most of the snow falls all through December, and April meanwhile is the driest month.
