Camping is available at Battle Ridge Campground; don’t forget to take a look at Bridger Bowl if you're here at Rays Road. A magnificent spot to camp here at Rays Road is Brackett Creek Campground, and a quick journey to Maynard Creek is definitely a wonderful idea. At Rays Road you don’t see much rainfall; June is when you     get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. Rays Road is a trail quite far from Bozeman but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. Olson Creek flows through this region. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Rays Road. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Rays Road dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.
