| | Can’t wait to get out in nature, Saint Mary Peak Trail in Ravalli County, Montana is the outdoors at it's best. Saint Mary Peak Trail is not very near Missoula at all but it is one of many great trails in this area. There's whitewater on White Sand Creek for all you adrenaline kick people.
This site, the Bitterroot Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Kootenai Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Charles Waters Memorial Campground is a tremendous place |

to camp. McCalla Lake Dam is worth stopping at since you're here, and Larry Creek Campground is a wonderful campground here. At Saint Mary Peak Trail you don’t see much precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while October is the month with the least
| amount of precipitation.
There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Bitterroot Range where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. While visiting this area in Montana it's a good idea to go hiking too. For the duration of the summer months here at Saint Mary Peak Trail, high temperatures usually reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Saint Mary Peak Trail overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's.
