  Montana is a great place for hikers. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and South Shore Trail in Glacier County, Montana is a perfect place for getting out. South Shore Trail gets very little rain; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! South Shore Trail rocks! A quick journey to Paradise Creek next to South Shore Trail is a perfect idea, and South Shore Trail is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Two Medicine Campground
    is a fine place to camp nearby.
A pleasant journey to Aster Park is a great way to spend an afternoon, and taking a little spree to close by Paradise Point is a pleasant idea. Summer brings highs in the 70's to South Shore Trail. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's.
Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's, and overnight lows at South Shore Trail through the wintertime usually fall into the 0's. Many miles from the nearest city you have South Shore Trail and hiking along this trail is very enjoyable.
Aster Creek flows through this region; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Rockwell Falls. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the Lewis Range, it's a great hiking area. These mountains rock, just look at all the amusing things to do in the Lewis Range.
Bear Creek has a pleasant whitewater
 
paddling spot close by, and a trip to Appistoki Falls will fill your soul with magnificent feelings. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Lewis Range. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork. You'll need more than a day to discover everything South Shore Trail has to offer, you can camp at Cut Bank Campground.
