  Gotta get out of the city man, and Upper Landers Trail in Lewis and Clark County, Montana is a perfect place for getting out. In Montana you never run out of outdoors fun. In the Lewis Range there are many great hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you.
Upper Landers Trail is located quite a long drive from Helena but it is a great escape from the city. Getting to Maryann Creek from Upper Landers Trail is painless, and camping at Hooper Park
    Campground is always a good experience. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Lewis Range. Take a little spree to Middle Fork Creek since you're here at Upper Landers Trail. If you came to camp Copper
Creek Campground is a tremendous spot to do that; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Falls Creek. There are some good whitewater spots on Dearborn River. Upper Landers Trail gets very little rainfall. Through May this area sees the most rain; February is when it's the driest. At Upper Landers Trail all through the summer months highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Upper Landers Trail.
