The amount of rain that falls at Dogwood Trail is close to the national average; most of the rain falls through May, and January is when it's the driest. New River Canoe and Campground is a tremendous campground here, and if you desire a little side visit, try Martins Low Gap. |
That right there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Dogwood Trail has it all. So many enjoyable things in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just impressive. You're sure to come across some wonderful people from North Wilkesboro here, and whitewater paddling is splendid on New River.
