  Hitting the trails is always a fun thing to do and Hurricane Creek Trail in Macon County, North Carolina is a really good place to spend some time. North Carolina has lots of outdoors activities. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Hurricane Creek Trail. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Hurricane Creek Trail.
And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more cool things to do in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Since you're here at Hurricane
    Creek Trail why not go to Bigspring Gap, and why not camp at Deep Gap Campground since you're here at Hurricane Creek Trail. It's a long drive from Cornelia to Hurricane Creek Trail but when you hike it you're always having a good time. Hurricane Creek Trail typically gets a lot
of rainfall; most of the rain falls during March, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
There's some flowing water close by, Bearpen Creek is a stream you can have a look at during your stay, and camping is available at Cartoogechaye Creek. In the Blue Ridge Mountains there are many great hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. Whitewater paddling is great on Nantahala River, and obviously Hurricane Creek flows through this area.
Paddling on Tallulah River is so much fun.
