| | With so many outdoors activities available in North Carolina you'll never get bored. This place, Mullinax Trail, it clearly has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. There are some great whitewater spots on Davidson River. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Looking Glass Creek, and some of the water close by flows, like Poundingmill Branch.
At Mullinax Trail during the days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures |

Mullinax Trail frequently gets a great deal of rain; most of the rain falls through March, and October meanwhile is the driest month. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. There's so much to do here at Mullinax Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain Laurel Resort is a good spot for that, and Mullinax Gap is a glorious site to stop by.
