| | This part of New Hampshire is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. A-Z Trail is not very near Berlin at all but there's great natural beauty awaiting you along it. A river like this is too good to miss. A-Z Trail is a great location to camp, Tarry-ho-cottages is a great location, and why not check out nearby Mount Field Brook while you're here at A-Z Trail.

In the White Mountains there are many great hiking trails where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything A-Z Trail has to offer, you can camp at Ammonoosuc Campgrounds. Throughout the summertime, highs regularly are in the 70's at A-Z Trail. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at A-Z Trail plunge into the 0's.
