sue: Hey folks - the Adam's slide trail is a now defunct trail... while it can be followed, it is quite steep and overgrown. You talk about the Six Husbands Trail like it was a walk in the park. It is one of the more difficult trails in the Presidentials. Star Lake is at 4300+ feet, requiring a strenuos climb. Weather in the Presidentials is changeable and extreme - people die in snowstorms in the summer up there. Not good to publish such misleading info...
