There's so much to do here at Boott Spur Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Dry River Campground is a glorious location for that. If you are in New Hampshire during hiking season you have to go hiking.
Boott Spur Trail gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever
    want to go back home again. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Boott Spur Trail has to offer, you can camp at Timberland Camping Area, and if you come at the right time of year, Dry River offers some pleasant whitewater. Take a side tour to Cutler River, and get
yourself into a kayak and hit Peabody River - West Branch.
High temperatures at Boott Spur Trail all through the days of summer are in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Boott Spur Trail temperatures dip to the 0's. New River is a picturesque stream that is worth visiting, and Gulf Of Slides is another pleasant spot to check out close by. In the White Mountains there are many great hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you.
Boott Spur Trail is located quite a long drive from Berlin but it is a really good trail.
