In the White Mountains there are many great hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you. An average amount of rainfall falls at Brucknell Ridge Trail; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Brucknell Ridge Trail is quite far from the nearest urban center and what a great place for hiking it is.

things. There's so much to do here at Brucknell Ridge Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Wild River Campground is a nice site for that, and Wild River has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Brucknell Ridge Trail with nighttime
| lows in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's, and night lows at Brucknell Ridge Trail during the wintertime frequently drop into the 0's.
If you came to camp Basin Campground and Picnic Area is a magnificent place to do that; paddling on Saco River - East Branch is so much fun. This river is so wonderful. With so many outdoors activities available in New Hampshire you'll never get bored.
