| | New Hampshire has lots of outdoors activities. Buttress Trail is located quite a long drive from Berlin but hiking it is always fun. Throughout the summertime, highs frequently are in the 80's at Buttress Trail. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Buttress Trail dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.

Trail is a good spot of normal rain; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February. A tremendous place for whitewater paddling close to Buttress Trail is Peabody River - West Branch; Chandler Brook is near Buttress Trail and is always a joy to check
