| | This part of New Hampshire is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. You'll have to go far from Berlin to get to Carlton Notch but many people like to hike here to be close to nature. At Carlton Notch through the warm months highs are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Carlton Notch. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Upper Ammonoosuc River - West Branch.
There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains |
where beautiful scenery awaits you. If you're here at Carlton Notch, you could take a look at Cold Brook, and camping at White Birches Mountain Camping Park is always a great experience.
You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while and Carlton
