Smith Brook is a stream that you may encounter while you're here, and camping at Provident winnipesaukee Campground is always a good experience. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and Col Trail in Carroll County, New Hampshire is a perfect place for getting out. Do schedule some time to stop by True Cove in close proximity to Col Trail if you have a chance, and Col Trail is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Bethel woods Campground is a splendid local campground. Col Trail gets a typical     amount of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Through the long summer days at Col Trail highs are regularly in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Col Trail. Col Trail is a long drive away from Laconia but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the White Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. This spot is great, just look at all the exciting things to do near Col Trail. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Beebe River. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Smarts Brook; Eastman Brook is one of   the streams close by that might be worth stopping at. So much fun stuff to do here in the White Mountains, too splendid to be true. One of the best things about Col Trail is its proximity to Center Harbor Town Beach, and you're sure to run into some fine people from Laconia here.
