| | If you are in New Hampshire during hiking season you have to go hiking. In the White Mountains there are many great hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. A normal amount of rain falls here at East Pond Loop; during August this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is February.
Pretty far from Laconia you find East Pond Loop but when you hike it you're always having a good time. Thornton Gap is a brilliant location to spend some time at, and camping at East Pond Loop is delightful fun, Hancock Campground is a delightful local |
campground. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. Clear Brook flows through this region, and Pemigewasset River - Hancock Br. is a glorious whitewater spot nearby.
If you come to this river you will have a good time for sure. A quick
| journey to East Pond Brook next to East Pond Loop is a delightful idea; if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pemigewasset River - East Branch. Throughout the summertime here at East Pond Loop, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for East Pond Loop. Finally, hiking time is here again, and East Pond Loop in Grafton County, New Hampshire is a good choice.
