There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. If you're here at Edmands Path, you could pop by Franklin Brook, and camping is available at Tarry-ho-cottages.
From a rain point of view Edmands Path is a reasonably normal place; the month with most of the rain is August, and February on the other hand is the driest. Man, is there a load of amusing things to do in the White Mountains. |
Saco River is a perfect whitewater spot near Edmands Path, and a perfect place to camp here at Edmands Path is Dry River Campground.
A good place for whitewater paddling right next door to Edmands Path is Dry River; naturally Clay Brook flows through this area. Edmands Path
| is a trail quite far from Berlin but hiking it is great fun any time. A visit to New Hampshire is not complete without some hiking.
For the period of the summer months at Edmands Path temperatures are generally in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Edmands Path temperatures dip to the 0's. | |
