  In New Hampshire you never run out of outdoors fun. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Garfield Ridge Trail in Grafton County, New Hampshire is a really good place to spend some time. Don't leave Garfield Ridge Trail without first paying a visit to Hawthorne Falls; there's some flowing water close by, Spruce Brook is a stream you can go to while here. Garfield Ridge Trail is located quite a long drive from Berlin but you always have a good time when you're hiking along it.
Summertime highs at Garfield
    Ridge Trail ordinarily tend to be in the 70's, and the nighttime is a little colder of course, regularly in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Garfield Ridge Trail. That right there is lots already,
but it carries on; Garfield Ridge Trail has it all. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Ammonoosuc River, and let's not forget Twin Brook which is a stream that you may stumble upon during your stay.
This river has so much to offer. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Ammonoosuc River, and why not camp at Beach Hill Campground and Cabins while you're here at Garfield Ridge Trail. Garfield Ridge Trail is a good place of typical rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months
 
is February.
Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the White Mountains where beautiful scenery awaits you. So many exciting things to do here in the White Mountains, too wonderful to be true. It's always magnificent to pop by Hawthorne Falls, and a great place to camp here at Garfield Ridge Trail is Gale River Campground.
