  In the White Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. Garfield Ridge Trail is not very near Berlin at all but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. While visiting this area in New Hampshire it's a good idea to go hiking too.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. There's some flowing water close by, Spruce Brook is a stream you can check out while you're here It's always nice to take a look at Hawthorne Falls. Garfield Ridge Trail gets a typical amount of yearly rain; August is the
    month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
Twin Brook flows through this region; Beach Hill Campground and Cabins is a wonderful campground nearby. Put on your hiking shoes and hit the trail, Garfield Ridge Trail in Grafton County, New Hampshire is
such a great place. Hawthorne Falls is a good local attraction; get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Ammonoosuc River.
You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the White Mountains has to offer. Gale River Campground is a good local campground, and a fine spot for whitewater paddling is Ammonoosuc River. Summertime highs at Garfield Ridge Trail ordinarily tend to be in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Garfield Ridge Trail fall into the 0's.
