  Pretty far from Berlin you find Garfield Trail but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the White Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. For the period of the summer highs here at Garfield Trail reach the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Garfield Trail dipping down into the-10's during winter nights.
All year is a great time in the White Mountains if you
    like the outdoors. If you came for an overnight stay Gale River Campground is a great place to camp; why not take a little tour to Burnt Brook since you're here. The surroundings of this river have so much to offer. Lafayette Campground is a nice campground here, and Spruce Brook
is near Garfield Trail and is always a pleasure to stop by. With so many outdoors activities available in New Hampshire you'll never get bored.
A good place for whitewater paddling right next door to Garfield Trail is Ammonoosuc River. When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Garfield Trail in Grafton County, New Hampshire is a perfect place for getting out. Garfield Trail gets a common amount of rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Put some time aside to spend at Hawthorne Falls if you're here at Garfield Trail; get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Ammonoosuc River.
