Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, and Lend-A-Hand Trail in Grafton County, New Hampshire is the outdoors at it's best. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lend-A-Hand Trail has to offer, you can camp at Ammonoosuc Campgrounds. Lend-A-Hand Trail is a trail quite far from Berlin but it's one of those places where hiking is great.

A visit to Zealand Falls will fill your spirit with wonderful feelings; paddling on Pemigewasset River - North Fork is so much fun. A visit to New Hampshire is not complete without some hiking. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Ammonoosuc River, and Lend-A-Hand Trail is a great
| place to visit for more than one day, Tarry-ho-cottages is a great place to camp nearby.
During the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 70's at Lend-A-Hand Trail, and the overnight is rather colder of course, usually in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lend-A-Hand Trail. An average amount of rainfall falls at Lend-A-Hand Trail; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest.
