North Slide   The north slide is extremely steep and probably one of the most difficult trails in the whites. Its not safe when wet or icy. Dont try to hike it in large groups because of loose rock that can easily be dislodged and can harm others. Be cautious of hikers above and below you. If you are not in very good shape do not attempt this trail. If you still want to hike the tripyramids but you dont think you are ready for the north slide the scaur ridge trail is a great alternative route. Awesome views best from the top of the slide.
