| | In the White Mountains there are many great hiking trails, it's a great hiking area. The amount of rain that falls at Pasture Trail is close to the national average; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. If you're looking for a beach close to Pasture Trail, we recommend Center Harbor Town Beach, and a visit to close by Bennett Cove is very relaxing.
This river is so great. Camping is available at Provident winnipesaukee Campground, and getting to Bennett Brook from Pasture Trail is trouble-free. |

Through the summer months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Pasture Trail while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Pasture Trail. Pasture Trail is not very near Laconia at all
| but it is one of many great trails in this area.
This part of New Hampshire is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Get drenched paddling on Smarts Brook, and lots of people from Laconia come here. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the White Mountains has to offer. A pleasant spot to camp here at Pasture Trail is Bethel woods Campground, and some of the water close by flows, like West Brook.
