have to go hiking. This river is so perfect. Peabody River - West Branch has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by; there's some flowing water close by, Townline Brook is a stream you can take a look at while you're here. Be careful coming to the White Mountains,
| you might not ever want to go back home again. Barnes Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and camping is available at White Birches Mtn Camping Park. There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Triple Falls is a delightful local attraction. The high level of rain makes Pine Link Trail a rather wet place; August is the wettest month with most rain while January is mostly the driest month. A good site to camp here at Pine Link Trail is Timberland Camping Area, and paddling on Peabody River is so much fun. | |
