  Rattle River Trail being so far away from the nearest city when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole new person. This part of New Hampshire is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Do take a look at Shelburne Dam if you're here at Rattle River Trail, and you can stay the night at White Birches Mountain Camping Park. There are many wonderful hiking trails in the White Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains.
