| | There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains, it's a great hiking area. Red Ridge Trail typically gets a large amount of rainfall; the month of November is the wettest with most of the snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and if you happen to be in Carroll County of New Hampshire, Red Ridge Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Saco River - East Branch; Dianas Baths is a brilliant local attraction. |
In New Hampshire you never run out of outdoors fun. Green Meadow Camping Area is a glorious campground nearby, and if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Swift River. That right there is heaps of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the
| White Mountains has it all. If you came for an overnight stay Glen Ellis Family Campground is a perfect place to camp; do put some time aside to spend at Thompson Falls if you're here at Red Ridge Trail. Summer at Red Ridge Trail comes with high temperatures in the 50's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Red Ridge Trail. Because Red Ridge Trail is very far from civilization hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. | |
