| | There are many hiking trails in the White Mountains, it's a great hiking area. New Hampshire is a great outdoors state. An average amount of rainfall falls at Ridge Trail; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Paddling on Glover Brook is so much fun, and Lost River Valley Campground is a great campground nearby. Man, is there a heap of amusing things to do in close proximity to Ridge Trail. Some close by water includes Beaver Brook. A pleasant spree to Jobildunk Ravine is a good way to spend an afternoon; |
you can stay the night at Scenic View Campground. Getting to Stark Falls Brook from Ridge Trail is trouble-free, and while you're here why not pop by Kinsman Notch. High temperatures at Ridge Trail during the summer are in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to
| the 50's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Ridge Trail are in the 0's. Hitting the trails is always a fun thing to do and Ridge Trail in Grafton County, New Hampshire is just what you need. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the White Mountains. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to catch a glimpse of at Beaver Pond Dam next to Ridge Trail, and Baker River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby.
