In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sawyer River, and if you came to camp Passaconaway Campground is a delightful site to do that. Sawyer Pond Trail is not very near Laconia at all but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family.
This river is always fun. Camping at Pass Campground is always a fine experience; hey, Downes Brook is a glorious local stream. | |
