  When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Signal Ridge Trail in Grafton County, New Hampshire is just the place. In the White Mountains there are many great hiking trails where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Sawyer River offers some wonderful whitewater; naturally Carrigain Brook flows through this neighborhood.
If you are in New Hampshire during hiking season you have to go hiking. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in the White Mountains. Drift down the rapids
    of Swift River in a kayak, and if you came to camp Passaconaway Campground is a good location to do that. Signal Ridge Trail gets a common amount of annual rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here while February is typically the driest month.
This river is a great
place to visit. A brilliant site to take a look at close to Signal Ridge Trail is Carrigain Notch; camping at Pass Campground is always a magnificent experience. High temperatures at Signal Ridge Trail during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. All through the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Signal Ridge Trail fall into the 0's.
It's a long drive from Laconia to Signal Ridge Trail but it is a fun place to hike for the whole family.
