Success Trail is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Basin Campground and Picnic Area is a fine local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Wild River offers some perfect whitewater. This part of New Hampshire is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season.

Success Trail in Coos County, New Hampshire is such a great place. There's so much to do here at Success Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Wild River Campground is a tremendous location for that; there are some glorious whitewater spots on Peabody River. Because Success
| Trail is very far from civilization hiking it is great fun any time.
At this river you will never have a bad time. Take a little journey to Larry Flume if you're here at Success Trail. For the duration of the summer highs here at Success Trail reach the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Success Trail temperatures plunge to the 0's. An average amount of rainfall falls at Success Trail; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February.
