| water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Baker River. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Tunnel Brook Trail has to offer, you can camp at Scenic View Campground. Hiking trails are all over the White Mountains, it's a great hiking area. This river is so wonderful. The amount of rain that falls at Tunnel Brook Trail is close to the national average; most of the rain falls through August while February is frequently the driest month. New Hampshire is a great place for hikers.
