White Dot Trail is a good site of normal precipitation; most of the rain falls during August, and February is when it's the driest. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Ashuelot River - South Branch, and Cummings Meadow Dam is a spot that is next to White Dot Trail.
