The trail is a loop that is fairly steep. Try the longer, 2.4 mile side, for going up. Nice views at the top. I took us 3 hours with a rest at the top.

Getting to Hobbs Brook from White Ledge Trail is trouble-free; some nearby water includes Meadow Brook.
