Nancy: The trail is a loop that is fairly steep. Try the longer, 2.4 mile side, for going up. Nice views at the top. I took us 3 hours with a rest at the top.

All through the winter highs are in the 10's while White Ledge Trail overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the-10's. It's a long drive from Laconia to White Ledge Trail but what a great place for hiking it is.
