| | Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the White Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. New Hampshire has lots of outdoors activities. York Pond Trail gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; through the month of August you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest. While staying at York Pond Trail you could always look at Willard Notch, and if you came for an overnight stay Israel River Campground is a splendid site to camp.

You can run the rapids of Upper Ammonoosuc River -
| West Branch next to York Pond Trail. High temperatures at York Pond Trail through the summer are in the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows at York Pond Trail during the winter generally dip into the-10's. You'll have to go far from Berlin to get to York Pond Trail but trails like these are great.
Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Don't forget to take a great little tour to Great Brook, and why not camp at Jefferson Campground while you're here at York Pond Trail. | |
