  With so many outdoors activities available in New Mexico you'll never get bored. A journey to Potato Patch Canyon is always fun. There's so much to do here at Apache Peak Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Whitewater Campground is a delightful place for that. For the period of the summer months here at Apache Peak Trail, high temperatures typically reach the 80's, and the nighttime is a tad cooler of course, regularly in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Apache Peak Trail
    temperatures sink to the 10's.
This river has so much to offer. If you came to camp Ben Lilly Campground is a great place to do that. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the San Francisco Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, San
Francisco River offers some great whitewater, and a pleasant trip to Sheep Basin is a good way to spend an afternoon. Far from civilization you find Apache Peak Trail and it is a really good trail.
When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Apache Peak Trail in Catron County, New Mexico is a good choice. Apache Peak Trail is ordinarily a quite dehydrated place; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is April. Hiking trails are all over the San Francisco Mountains, it's a great hiking area.
