Cabra Loop Trail is a long drive away from Los Alamos but it's one of those places where hiking is great. Cabra Loop Trail is a location that is quite arid frequently; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is February.

Yeah, come up here to the San Juan Mountains for a nice time. A trip to Bandelier National Monument is recommended; a spree to Pine Spring will fill your soul
| with tremendous feelings. Through the long summer days at Cabra Loop Trail highs are commonly in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Cabra Loop Trail are in the 10's. New Mexico is a good place for outdoors people.
There are many wonderful hiking trails in the San Juan Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. Juniper Campground is a brilliant campground here, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Los Alamos here. | |
