  Little Creek Trail is not very near Silver City at all but trails like these are great. New Mexico is a great outdoors state. In the San Francisco Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you.
Float down the rapids of Gila River in a kayak. All the outdoors exciting things in the San Francisco Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. A short tour to McKenna Spring is always worthwhile, and why not camp at Dipping Vat Campground while you're here at Little Creek Trail. Not much rain falls here at
    Little Creek Trail; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is April.
Hitting the trails is always a fun thing to do and Little Creek Trail in Catron County, New Mexico is such a great place. The warmest time of the year at Little Creek Trail arrives
with high temperatures in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Little Creek Trail dip into the 20's. Paddling on Gila River is so much fun, and a magnificent location to camp here at Little Creek Trail is Scorpion Corral Campground.
