Ojitas Polvadera Trail

  In the San Juan and Jemez Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where beautiful scenery awaits you. Hiking here in New Mexico is a must. We all need to get out in nature once in a while and if you happen to be in Rio Arriba County of New Mexico, Ojitas Polvadera Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching.
You'll have to go far from Los Alamos to get to Ojitas Polvadera Trail but what a great place for hiking it is. Looking for
    some flowing water? Try East Fork Polvadera Creek; folks from Canones love to come here. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Ojitas
Polvadera Trail has to offer, you can camp at Redondo Campground. There's whitewater on Jemez River for all you adrenaline junkies. Ojitas Polvadera Trail is near Fenton Lake State Park which is a striking site, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Rio Chama. Ojitas Polvadera Trail is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, Las Conchas Campground is a pleasant place to camp nearby. El Rechuelos is a great local stream, and don't miss  
out on a tour to Bandelier National Monument while you're here. Any time is a glorious time at Ojitas Polvadera Trail if you adore the outdoors. Ojitas Polvadera Trail is pretty dehydrated mostly. August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is April.
