San Jose Trail

  A long drive separates Espanola from San Jose Trail, but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. New Mexico has so much to offer nature lovers. Canít wait to get out in nature, San Jose Trail in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico is a great place to go.
Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains where you can absorb the beauty of these mountains. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater
    of Jemez River, and lots of folks from Counselor come here. This spot, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Rio Chama.
If you came for an overnight stay Clear Creek Campground is a magnificent place to camp. Fenton Lake State Park is both great and wonderful, and it's in the vicinity of San Jose Trail, and a trip to Lime Spring will fill your spirit with perfect feelings. Some nearby water includes Cave Creek; camping is available at Nacimiento Campground. All the outdoors entertaining stuff in the neighborhood of San Jose Trail will keep you coming back time and again. For the  
duration of the months of summer at San Jose Trail highs are frequently in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for San Jose Trail. At San Jose Trail you donít see much rain.
