Hiking trails are all over the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, there's no better way to enjoy these mountains. Simpson Memorial Trail is not far at all from Taos; why not camp at Capulin Campground since you're here at Simpson Memorial Trail.
High temperatures at Simpson Memorial Trail through the months of summer are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs
    throughout the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Simpson Memorial Trail dip into the 0's. Rio Pueblo de Taos is a splendid whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Simpson Memorial Trail, and La Sombra Campground
is a great local campground. Finally, hiking time is here again, and if you happen to be in Taos County of New Mexico, Simpson Memorial Trail is a great local trail for doing a bit of leg stretching.
