| | When was the last time you got out in nature a bit? Snow Creek Trail in Grant County, New Mexico is a great place to go. Don't leave Snow Creek Trail without first paying a visit to Big Trap Spring, and stopping by Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Black Range. While you're here at Snow Creek Trail you will meet lots of folks from nearby Silver City, and if you came to camp Cherry Creek Campground is a good location to do that.

some time for Farm Flat if you're here at Snow Creek Trail. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Gila River. There's so much to do here at Snow Creek Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Flats Campground is a splendid place for that. During the summertime months, highs
| ordinarily are in the 80's at Snow Creek Trail, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 50's; overnight lows at Snow Creek Trail throughout the wintertime mostly descend into the 10's.
Snow Creek Trail gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most while April is usually the driest month. You'll have to go far from Silver City to get to Snow Creek Trail but it's one of those places where hiking is great. Hiking here in New Mexico is a must.
