  This part of New Mexico is always a pleasure to visit during hiking season. Around Wet Mills Trail you don’t get a lot of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is April. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is plentiful here in the Sacramento Mountains. Nolton Canyon is a delightful place to stop by nearby, and Bonito Dam is not far at all from Wet Mills Trail.
High temperatures at Wet Mills Trail during the warmest time of the year are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are
    in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are generally in the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Wet Mills Trail temperatures fall to the 20's. Little Creek Spring is always fun to check out; you can stay the night at Monjeau Campground. Hiking trails are
all over the Sacramento Mountains where you can truly take in all the beauty of these mountains.
There's so much to do here at Wet Mills Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Skyline Campground I is a pleasant spot for that, and do put some time aside to spend at Fox Spring since you're here at Wet Mills Trail. Far from civilization you find Wet Mills Trail and hiking it is great fun any time.
