Dividing Ridge Trail

  Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Dividing Ridge Trail in Essex County, New York is a really good place to spend some time. Pretty far from Plattsburgh you find Dividing Ridge Trail but if you're looking for a good place to go hiking this is a good choice. In the Adirondack Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails where wonderful nature is waiting for you.
With so many outdoors activities available in
    New York you'll never get bored. There's so much to do here at Dividing Ridge Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Adirondak Loj is a tremendous place for that. Sand Brook is near Dividing Ridge Trail and is always a bliss
to stop by. Stay the night at Whispering Pines Campground, and get dripping wet paddling on The Branch. If you want to hit the beach, Jones Beach is in the neighborhood, and whitewater paddling is delightful on John's Brook. This is a popular location for people from North Hudson, and there's some flowing water close by, Marcy Brook is a stream you can stop at while you're here. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Dividing  
Ridge Trail. From a precipitation point of view Dividing Ridge Trail is a rather normal spot. The month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Summertime highs at Dividing Ridge Trail commonly tend to be in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
