  This part of New York has a great deal of available outdoors activities. Put on your hiking shoes and hit the trail, Phoenicia Trail in Ulster County, New York is such a great place. Hiking trails like this one are plentyful in the Catskill Mountains, it's a great hiking area. A long drive separates Kingston from Phoenicia Trail, but when you hike it you're always having a good time.
Phoenicia Trail gets a large amount of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Warner
    Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out; you can stay the night at Phoenicia Black Bear Campground & RV Park.

Summertime highs at Phoenicia Trail frequently tend to be in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
