During the warm days of summer at Post Henderson Trail highs are frequently in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Post Henderson Trail. In the Adirondack Mountains you'll find lots of hiking trails, it's a great hiking area.

The yearly rain here at Post Henderson Trail is about average; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. Take a side spree to Alice Brook, and drift down the rapids of Little River in a kayak. So many cool things to do in
| the Adirondack Mountains, not sufficient time. Camping is available at Robinson's Iga, and get drenched paddling on Oswegatchie River - East Branch.
If you came for an overnight stay Higley Flow State Park is a brilliant place to camp. A long drive separates Ogdensburg-Massena from Post Henderson Trail, but it is a good trail.
