Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail

  While visiting this area in New York it's a good idea to go hiking too. A long drive separates New York-Newark-Edison from Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail, but hiking is such a fun thing to do and this is a great place to do that. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ramapo River, and one of the best things about this spot is its proximity to Old Sebago Beach. Here at Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail you'll in all probability meet some folks from Southfields, and swing by Stahahe Brook
    it's a tremendous place to visit. Why not camp at Beaver Pond if you're here at Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail. If you come at the right time of year, Popolopen Creek offers some good whitewater. If you came for an overnight stay Camp wabenaki
is a nice place to camp, and hey, Arden Brook is a pleasant local stream. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail. Everybody loves Harriman State Park, and beaches are pleasant and New Sebago Beach is no exception. Summertime highs at Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail usually tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures  
at Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. All the water falling down from the sky makes Ramapo-Dunderberg Trail a wet site. For the period of the month of May you get the most rain around here; February is when it's the driest.
