You'll have to go far from Olean to get to Trail Number 2 but what a great place for hiking it is. A short spree to Bear Springs is always worthwhile, and don't forget to take a nice little tour to Coon Run. Trail Number 2 is a pretty wet place usually with a good deal of precipitation; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Trail Number 2 get into the 80's. When     the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are usually in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Trail Number 2 drop into the 10's. Any time is a delightful time at Trail Number 2 if you fancy the outdoors. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Cattaraugus Creek - South Branch, and a fine place to stop by is Slide Hollow. Trail Number 2 is a place with many visitors from Olean. There's so much to do here at Trail Number 2 that you need to camp here for a while, Highbanks Camp Grounds is a perfect place for that.
